Alam ba ni Aero na maeron siyang surprise party?

So nung nakausap niya ako sabi pa din niya na magaling daw ako magtago ng sekreto dahil nang gabi bago ng gabing ito, tumawag siya para sabihin meron kaming get together sa lunes June 11, 2007.

Pero kahit hindi na ganung ka-surprise surprise ang birthday celebration ay naging masaya naman ang tema ng gabing ito. Nga pala, natuwa si Aero sa kanta ko na foolish heart at Make me whole na ang plano ko talaga ay Three times a lady at Make me whole. Masaya pa din ang lahat. Ang mga kaibigan ko noong highschool ay nandoon din. Hindi ko na pinalagpas ang pagkakataon na wala man lang akong makuhang litrato nila ngayong gabi. BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast

People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating

It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking

It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar Consumption

Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation

Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

7. Head covered while sleeping

Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness

Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts

Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely

Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
9. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."

Because:

Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am : is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am : detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 3 - 5am : detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am : detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.
Morning 7 - 9am : absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am , for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10am rather than no meal at all.
Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

Of all the things I like to read in is the "question".
That's where a scientist came from. Just plain curiosity. I noticed that many people are so nervous about how the Philippines would become in the next gazillion years. Thinking that all the hopes of the heroes and dream of all the living children will be pushed, compressed until nothing will be extracted to it. I don't cast an eye to people who thinks about this, but I pity them because they are not giving any hopes to people who needs help. I myself used to be one of the people who climb up to reach the higher people. My family. As I grow up I experienced the little politics inside my very own home. I struggled to live. I struggled to help myself up. Walk. Tried to jog. And eventually tried to run. My family is not the elite ones in the country but we can manage. But if we speak of only my family, I would be the very mass of this country that has less knowledge and a lot less love because I am alone. Of the four siblings in my family I am the last. After nine years that my brother came to this world, I was born. Before I even entered school I became a puppet/soldier/ always on a bandwagon of the elderly. From counting the Indian boys, touching my toes up to my head, singing the little sunny water sleeping in the corner song made me feel like I am just a funny clown "PRN" or as just needed whenever they need happiness. But through that, I still am an optimist and now, I see myself on the right way to my dreams! And through that way I met people and tried to help them out and tried to bring them up instead of just staring at them and saying there is no hope.

Though there are people who can't have the same education as I did. At the very young age I tried to tutor some kids in my neighborhood. And I hope that helped them in some way. And through the proposition of my other elder neighbors, I learned things that cannot be teach at school. I cannot even describe what it is. But I am grateful that somehow I got to know that kind of principle in life.
Everything is all in a yin yang situation.
I think of the great things some don't.
I used to be the person who puts my books in the locker and that case I often forget to make my home work. To think that there are children who are really in need of that book I just put it in the locker. When my dad learned about it, he didn't approve me to buy another locker the very next year.
After graduating my grade schooling, I didn't know how to dispose my books because it is already stocking up the spaces in my sister's room. She already reprimanded me because of that. On the second year of being high school, there was a book donating program made by my co-high school students. And I thought that in that way I can dispose the books and at the same time other people would have used for it as well. The garbage for you might be the very important thing for others.
I'm not bragging all this things that I've done. I'm just hoping that at this examples that I have presented some pessimist would think it over and also do something and help people who are on the very bottom of the ground.

Sometimes, I myself feel that I am useless, but somehow I'm trying

Usok? Bakit usok?

Kasi hindi mo pwedeng iwasan ito dahil sa dami nila at hindi makita at nakakapuwing ito ng mata.
Kasi kung apoy naman masyado na itong masakit.
Maraming kulay ang buhay, ngunit para sa aking meron lamang tatlo.
Kulay puti, kulay itim at gray.
Masasabi kong ilalagay kita sa kulay gray dahil walang higit na masaya at higit na malungkot dito. Lahat normal.
Tulak bibig kabig dibdib ko man sabihin na hindi ko to gagawin, kalbaliktaran naman ang lumalabas.
Pero maipipinta ko parin na lahat ng ginawa ko at sinabi ay kulay gray.
Kung nagawa lang ang lahat ng sinabi siguro rainbow na ang kulay nito siguro itim narin ang background nito.

Iilan lang ang tao dito sa paligid ko ngayon pero parang sandamukal na problema ang dinala nila sa akin. Gayun pa man naglalakad parin ako magisa. Sa lahat ng mga nangyayaring ito ako pa rin ang naiipit. Wala ba akong ibang pwedeng makasama sa paglalakad kong ito? Kahit anino ko ay lumalayo para tumakas sa dilim na kinabibilangan niya.
